Sam is a talent acquisition professional and executive career coach with a decade of experience. He has worked for executive search firms and led internal talent acquisition teams for rapidly-growing global tech companies that have raised over $1bn in funding.
In 2020, Sam led the team that recruited over 430 doctors, nurses, clinical operations, and business support staff in ~6 months to create the largest publicly-accessible digital healthcare service in BC.
At The Neutral Zone, Sam advises companies on creating fair and inclusive recruitment practices, in addition to providing outplacement services for downsizing companies. He has contributed to global LGBTQ2S+ steering committees to create fair and inclusive work environments and products & services.
