Adam specializes in whistleblower protection and serves as a mediator, trainer, coach, and clinical counsellor, supporting individuals and teams in achieving their professional and personal goals.
He holds a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Adler University and a Master of Education in Counselling Psychology from the University of British Columbia. He also earned a Certificate in Conflict Resolution from the Justice Institute of BC, specializing in third-party mediation.
Adam has served as president and governance chair on several community agency boards and currently mediates for the BC Human Rights Tribunal. He brings insight, humour, and skill to resolving interpersonal conflict and supporting those seeking positive change. At The Neutral Zone, he manages the Whistleblower Protection Program, providing safe reporting for workplace transgressions.
His areas of expertise include organizational conflict and dispute resolution, respectful workplace issues, group facilitation and workshops, solution-focused therapy, whistleblower protection, and trauma-informed practice.
